Clinical Assistant (cma, ccma, atc or rt) Full-time

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies.  Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed.  Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant, Rad Tech or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Dr. Nelson)

Dr. Nelson (fellowship-trained Sports Medicine specialist) is seeking a full-time PA or NP to assist in supporting his practice. This position will provide office/clinic care, assist in the O.R., assess inpatients during rounds, assist with game coverage and be on call with Dr. Nelson as part of the trauma rotation (currently 1 in 14 days). This position is based at the Dupont office in Fort Wayne.

Must be currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana. Previous orthopedic experience desired.

RN or LPN: Clinical Level 2

We are searching for a licensed nurse to assist with a variety of patient care activities. Duties include providing hands-on patient care in the clinical office setting, phone support for patient inquiries, patient education regarding pre-op/post-op instructions and coordinating surgical appointments for Physicians. Position will be based at the main office, but may occasionally travel to satellite clinics with a Provider. Prior orthopedic experience preferred. Must have current state licensure as a RN or LPN. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Receptionist - Dupont Clinic

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors.  Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout.  Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.  Based at our Dupont office, but will assist in covering other clinics as needed.  Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired.  Full-time, Mon-Fri, 10am to clinic close (typically by 7:30pm) plus a rotating Saturday at the main office (currently every 9th week).
