We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in welcoming patients and delivering outstanding customer service to all visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle a busy environment. This position is based at our main office, but will assist in covering other clinics if needed. Prior experience with medical office registration and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 10am to clinic close (typically by 7:30pm) plus a rotating Saturday at the main office (currently every 10th week).

Nurse Practitioner (Part-time)

Dr. Caudell (board-certified Foot & Ankle surgeon) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support his practice team in providing office/clinic care and assisting with inpatient rounding as needed. This position will accompany Dr. Caudell at each of his clinic locations which includes our main office in Fort Wayne, Dupont and Auburn.
Must be currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana. Previous orthopedic or podiatric experience beneficial. Part-time, typically 3 days per week. No call required.

Clinical Assistant

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant

We have an opportunity available for an individual with strong customer service talents to measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) as prescribed by our Providers. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory and performing clinical support duties. Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be a Certified as a Medical Assistant, Athletic Trainer or Rad Tech. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities
