Clinical Assistant (OrthoStat) Full-time & Part-time

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our walk-in clinic. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Gas City, but may occasionally cover at other locations. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, three weekdays per week OR part-time, two weekdays per week 7am to clinic close (typically by 7:30pm). Will rotate to cover Saturday hours in Fort Wayne (currently every six weeks).

Health Information Specialist

Our Health Information team has an opportunity for a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include scanning & indexing incoming documents, processing release of information (ROI) requests, obtaining patient intake information, transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Experience with medical records, ROI and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Receptionist (Part-time)

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based in Fort Wayne. Prior patient registration experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Part-time, Wed & Sat 7a to clinic close (typically by 7:30pm)


Nurse Practitioner (Dr. Caudell)

Dr. Caudell (Foot & Ankle specialist) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join his growing practice. This position will provide office/clinic care including routine diabetic foot care, work as part of the team to maintain efficient clinic flow, assist in the O.R., conduct hospital consults, assess inpatients during rounds and communicate diagnostic results to patients. May occasionally provide support while the physician is on call. This opportunity is based at our main office in Fort Wayne and will accompany Dr. Caudell to his clinics at Auburn, Dupont and Gas City. Must be currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana. Previous orthopedic or podiatry experience beneficial. Full-time, Mon-Fri.

Surgery Scheduler

Our Surgery Scheduling team is growing and in need of a licensed Nurse to educate patients regarding the peri-operative process and schedule surgical appointments. This position will also coordinate pre-admission testing, medical clearance and any special supplies/equipment needed. Accuracy with details and providing outstanding customer service to patients are essential. Knowledge of O.R. procedures and instrumentation desired; background in the E.R. or surgery beneficial. Potential to work remotely for part of the week once training is complete and competency is achieved. Current Indiana licensure as a RN or LPN required. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm


Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Dr. Hall)

Dr. Hall (fellowship-trained upper extremity specialist) is seeking a full-time PA or NP to assist in supporting his practice. This position will provide office/clinic care, assist in the O.R., assess inpatients during rounds and be on call with Dr. Hall as part of the trauma rotation (currently 1 in 14 days). This position is based at our main office in Fort Wayne. Must be currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana. Previous orthopedic experience desired.

Clinical Lead (Dr. Hanna)

We are searching for an individual with leadership qualities to provide patient care and support to Dr. Hanna (Sports Med & General orthopedic surgeon) and his patients. This position will serve as a liaison between the Physician and clinical support departments to ensure patients’ needs are addressed in a timely manner. Duties include resolution of patient messages, clinical intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with joint injections or small office procedures, scheduling, patient transport, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Position is based at our Auburn office and will accompany Dr. Hanna to his Angola and Paulding clinics. May travel to other clinics and assist other Providers as needed. Must be certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

X-Ray Technologist (Part-time, Downtown Fort Wayne)

Our downtown office is seeking a Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays and assist with patient intake. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Registration must be obtained within first six months of employment. Position will be based at our Wayne St. clinic in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other clinic locations as needed. Part-time 7am to 1pm/clinic close plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 8th week).

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (OrthoStat) Full-time & Part-time

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical care and outstanding customer service to office patients as part of our urgent care walk-in clinic (Orthostat) team. No call required. Position will assist in covering all Orthostat locations and will cross-train to provide backup for daytime trauma coverage in the hospital. Must be currently licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana and possess strong communication skills. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial. Full-time, typically 3 weekdays per week OR part-time , 2 weekdays per week (clinic hours are 7a to 7p) plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 6th week).


DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA RMA, ATC)

We have an opportunity available for an individual with strong customer service talents to measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with patient care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory and performing clinical support duties. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be a Certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.
