Workers Compensation Liaison
We have an opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills to field calls from employers, case managers, workers compensation carriers and travel medicine representatives concerning their patients’ work status and medical conditions. Position will also coordinate internal patient services and assist in developing new referral relationships. Prior orthopedic or workers compensation experience preferred. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; RN, LPN, Medical Assistant (CMA or CCMA) or Athletic Trainer (ATC) preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.
Triage Nurse (RN or LPN, Part-time)
Our Spine Team (Dr. Rahn & Dr. Shugart) is seeking a versatile individual to respond to patient inquiries regarding their medical care and obtain prior authorizations for testing & procedures. This position will also assist the Providers in the clinical office setting. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Prior orthopedic experience beneficial. Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week.
Triage Nurse/Surgery Scheduler (RN or LPN)
Our practice has an opportunity for a nursing professional to assist with a variety of patient care activities. Duties include providing phone support for patient inquiries, patient education regarding pre-op/post-op instructions, coordinating surgical appointments for Physicians and occasional hands-patient care in the clinic. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Full-time, Mon-Fri. 8a-5p, with a generous benefit package.
We are seeking a friendly individual to join our front desk team in welcoming patients and delivering outstanding customer service to all visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle a busy environment. This position is based at our main office on W. Jefferson Blvd., but will assist in covering other clinics if needed. Prior experience with medical office registration and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Full-time, Mon-Fri daytime hours, plus a rotating Saturday at the main office (currently every 8th week)
DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA RMA, ATC)
We have an opportunity available for an individual with strong customer service talents to measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with patient care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory and performing clinical support duties. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be a Certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.
EHR Template Developer
We are seeking a part-time developer to assist with the design, development and support of NextGen based electronic health record (EHR) templates and related SQL code. Duties include the definition and development of EHR templates, documents and SQL programming solutions. Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer science/related field required. Two years I/T experience in a healthcare setting desired. Prior background with EHR systems programming beneficial. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving talents. Will be provided with training to become certified in NextGen EHR within the first 12 months. Mon-Fri 9am-2pm

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.
Our growing X-ray department has a leadership opportunity available for an individual with talents for coordinating workflows, staff supervision & scheduling and providing patients with a high level of service and kindness. Position will oversee equipment selection, maintenance, quality control and departmental inventory while functioning as a ‘working supervisor’ with part of their week dedicated to patient imaging. Previous supervisory experience in a hospital or practice setting preferred. Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Position will be based at our main office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other clinic locations as needed. Full-time, weekdays plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 13th week).
