X-Ray Technologist Part-time based in Fort Wayne


Our X-ray department is growing and is in need of an additional Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays for clinic patients. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Registration must be obtained within first six months of employment. Position will be based at our main office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other clinics as needed. Part-time, 7a to clinic close (typically 7:30pm) two days per week plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 13th week).

Accounting/HR Assistant Part-time

We have an opportunity for a detailed individual to process accounts payable, daily accounting transactions, assist with Human Resources activities and provide support to the Administrative department. Prior general accounting experience, intermediate knowledge of Excel and experience with MAS90 software desired. Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality is essential. Associate’s degree in Accounting beneficial. Part-time, 8am-1:00pm, Monday thru Friday

Clinical Lead with Dr. Snyder  (cma, ccma, atc) Full-time

We are searching for an individual with leadership qualities to provide patient care and support to Dr. Snyder and his patients. This position will serve as a liaison between the Provider and clinical support departments to ensure patients’ needs are addressed in a timely manner. Duties include resolution of patient messages, clinical intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with joint injections or small office procedures, scheduling, patient transport, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Position may travel to other clinics and assist other Providers as needed. Must be certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies.  Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed.  Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. OrthoStat Clinical Assistant (cma, ccma, atc) Full-time based in Warsaw


We have an opportunity at our Warsaw location for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our Orthostat walk-in clinic setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Position may cover other OrthoStat clinic locations as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, three weekdays per week, 7a to clinic close (typically 7:30p) with a rotating Saturday at the main office in Fort Wayne (every 9th week).

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based at our Warsaw office, but may assist in covering other clinics as needed. Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Part-time, 3p to clinic close (typically 7:30pm) Mon-Fri plus a rotating Saturday at the main office (currently every 10th week).

Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner (Dr. Penny)

Dr. Penny is searching for a full-time PA or NP to assist in supporting his growing practice. This position will provide office/clinic care, assist in the O.R., assess inpatients during rounds. Trauma call is optional. This position is based at the Warsaw clinic.

Must be currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana. Previous orthopedic experience desired.
