DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (ATC, CMA, CCMA, RMA)

We have an opportunity available for an individual who enjoys working with patients one-on-one to measure and fit their needs for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with clinical care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory, patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring clinical supplies. Many learning and growth avenues! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be certified/licensed as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.

Purchasing Assistant

The Purchasing Assistant will provide support with placing purchase orders, receiving & processing deliveries, and maintaining stock inventories. Responsibilities include organizing and distributing all mail and package deliveries. Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a busy environment. Based at our W. Jefferson Blvd. office. Prior inventory and/or mail room experience desired. Part-time, 11am to 3pm, Mon-Fri.

Clinical Assistant CMA, CCMA, RMA or ATC (Part-time, Gas City)

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our OrthoStat walk-in clinic. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Gas City, but may occasionally cover at other locations. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Part-time, two weekdays per week 7am to 7p/clinic close. Will rotate to cover Saturday hours in Fort Wayne (currently every six weeks).

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (OrthoStat)

Opportunity to provide clinical care and outstanding customer service to office patients as part of our urgent care walk-in clinic (Orthostat) team. Position will assist in covering all Orthostat locations and will cross-train to provide backup for daytime trauma coverage in the hospital. Two schedules are available: Full-time 3 weekdays per week or Part-time 2 weekdays per week with a rotating Saturday (every 6th week). No call required.

Health Information Specialist

We are seeking a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include scanning & indexing incoming documents, processing release of information (ROI) requests, obtaining patient intake information, transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Experience with medical records, ROI and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Health Information Manager

This is an opportunity to lead our Health Information team in coordinating all medical records, scanning, indexing, release of information, intake data collection and transcription activities for the practice and supervise staff in these areas. Position will also deliver EHR training to staff and assist with collecting, tracking and reporting MIPS data. Prior leadership experience in a medical office or hospital setting along with a Bachelors degree in a related discipline desired. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and understanding of medical record processes are essential. Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credential from AHIMA beneficial.


We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Part-time position: Based in Fort Wayne; Saturdays 6:45a to 7p/clinic close, minimum two Saturdays per month with option to pick up more hours.

Triage Nurse (Dr. Rahn & Dr. Shugart, (Part-time)

Our Spine Team is seeking a versatile individual to respond to patient inquiries regarding their medical care and obtain prior authorizations for testing & procedures. This position will also assist the Providers in the clinical office setting. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Prior orthopedic experience beneficial. Part-time 2 to 3 days per week.
