System Administrator


We are seeking a full-time System Administrator to maintain and support technical infrastructures including servers, network & desktop hardware, applications, system security and backup. Position will also support users, perform technology needs analysis and implement approved solutions. Degree in computer science/related field required. Current MCSA or MCSE certification must be obtained within the first twelve months of employment. I/T experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Release of Information Clerk

We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to process requests for copies of patient records, FMLA Certifications and disability forms. Position will ensure proper authorizations are obtained, communicate with parties requesting information and provide customer service. We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based at our Main office. Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Position will also provide support to patients enrolling and submitting this information through our online patient portal. X-Ray Technologist Part-time based in Warsaw

Our X-ray department is growing and is in need of an additional Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays for clinic patients. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Registration must be obtained within first six months of employment. Position will be based at our Warsaw office, but may assist at other clinics as needed. Part-time, 7a to clinic close (typically 7:30pm) two days per week plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 13th week) at the main office.

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies.  Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed.  Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Position may cover other OrthoStat clinic locations as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, three weekdays per week, 7a to clinic close (typically 7:30p) with a rotating Saturday at the main office in Fort Wayne (every 9th week).
