We are seeking a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Position will also assist with departmental scanning and indexing of incoming records. Experience with medical records and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
We are searching for a licensed nurse to assist with a variety of patient care activities. Duties include phone support for patient inquiries, patient education regarding pre-op/post-op instructions, coordinating surgical appointments for Physicians and providing hands-on patient care in the clinical office setting. Position will be based at the main office, but may occasionally travel to satellite clinics with a Provider. Prior orthopedic experience preferred. Must have current state licensure as a RN or LPN. Full-time, Monday-Friday.
We are seeking a part-time developer to assist with the design, development and support of NextGen based electronic health record (EHR) templates and related SQL code. Duties include the definition and development of EHR templates, documents and SQL programming solutions. Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer science/related field required. Two years I/T experience in a healthcare setting desired. Prior background with EHR systems programming beneficial. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving talents. Will be provided with training to become certified in NextGen EHR within the first 12 months. Mon-Fri 8am-1pm
Our X-ray department is growing and is in need of an additional Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays for clinic patients. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Registration must be obtained within first six months of employment. Position will be based at our Warsaw office, but may assist at other clinics as needed. Part-time, 7am to clinic close (typically 7:30pm) two days per week plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 13th week) at the main office.
We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Full-time, three weekdays per week, 7a to clinic close (typically 7:30p) with a rotating Saturday at the main office in Fort Wayne (every 9th week).
