DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant

We are seeking an individual with strong customer service talents to measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) as prescribed by our Providers. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory and performing clinical support duties. Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be certified as a Medical Assistant, Athletic Trainer or Rad Tech. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.

Workers Compensation Liaison

We have an opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills to field calls from employers, case managers, workers compensation carriers and travel medicine representatives concerning their patients’ work status and medical conditions. Position will also coordinate internal patient services and assist in developing new referral relationships. Prior orthopedic or workers compensation experience preferred. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; RN, LPN, Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA or CCMA) or Athletic Trainer (ATC) preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Clinical Assistant

We are searching for a versatile individual to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Health Information Specialist

We are seeking a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include scanning & indexing incoming documents, processing release of information (ROI) requests, obtaining patient intake information, transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Experience with medical records, ROI and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

X-Ray Supervisor

Our growing X-ray department has a leadership opportunity available for an individual with talents for coordinating workflows, staff supervision & scheduling and providing patients with a high level of service and kindness. Position will oversee equipment selection, maintenance, quality control and departmental inventory while functioning as a ‘working supervisor’ with part of their week dedicated to patient imaging. Previous supervisory experience in a hospital or practice setting preferred. Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Position will be based at our main office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other clinic locations as needed. Full-time, weekdays plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 13th week).

Reception Manager

We are searching for a professional who has a heart for patient service and leadership to manage front desk and appointment scheduling operations at all office locations. This position is responsible to ensure that a high standard of patient service is maintained at all times, coordinate workflows, address patient concerns related to registration, establish new processes and develop staff. Minimum two years of front desk, registration or patient scheduling experience in a medical practice in addition to prior management or supervisory experience required. Bachelors degree in a business-related discipline preferred. Full-time.
