Clinic Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a licensed nurse to assist our Physicians, Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants with clinic care and provide phone support to our patients. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based at our W. Jefferson office in Fort Wayne, but may assist at other locations. Must possess clinical certification/licensure as a LPN. Two schedules are available; Full-time, Mon-Fri OR Part-time, 3 weekdays per week.

Clinical Assistant (Gas City) (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA, CPhT or ATC)

As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Gas City; may occasionally travel to satellite clinics for training. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pharmacy Tech or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, 3 days per week 7am to 7pm/clinic close with a rotating Saturday at our main office or Dupont clinic every six weeks.

Pre-Certification Specialist

This position plays a key role in supporting patient care by obtaining prior authorizations and verifying benefits from insurance payers for services and procedures. Prior clinical or medical facility/office experience desired. Knowledge of insurance claims processes, coding and medical terminology beneficial. Full-time, 8am-5pm, M-F.

Receptionist (Dupont)

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based at our Dupont office. Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Full-time, two schedules available: 6:45am to 7pm/clinic close Tues & Thurs 8am-5pm Wed & Fri or 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 6th week).

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Trauma)

We have an opportunity for a NP or PA to assist our trauma surgeons with E.R. activity, clearing patients for surgery, assisting in the O.R. and inpatient consults. This position is based at Lutheran Hospital. Full-time, 3 weekdays per week, 6:45am to 7:00pm with occasional weekend rounding. No call required. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Must be certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana.

Clinical Lead (ATC, CMA, CCMA, RMA)

We are searching for an individual with leadership qualities to provide patient care and support to Dr. Enterline (Sports Med & General orthopedic surgeon) and his patients. This position will serve as a liaison between the Physician and clinical support departments to ensure patients’ needs are addressed in a timely manner. Duties include resolution of patient messages, clinical intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with joint injections or small office procedures, scheduling, patient transport, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Position is based at our Gas City clinic and will accompany Dr. Enterline to his clinics in Fort Wayne (W. Jefferson Blvd.) and Bluffton. May occasionally travel to other clinics and assist other Providers as needed. Must be certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Facility Services Coordinator

This position will perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and general repairs for the Company’s physical facilities in addition to coordinating with outside vendors on assigned projects and repairs. Position is based at the main office in Fort Wayne, but will assist at other clinic locations as needed. Must have skill in using precision tools. Knowledge of construction standards, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general mechanical functions desired. At least two years of prior facility maintenance experience preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. May need to respond to building emergencies outside those hours.

DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (ATC, CMA, CCMA, RMA)

We have an opportunity available for an individual who enjoys working with patients one-on-one to measure and fit their needs for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with clinical care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory, patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring clinical supplies. Many learning and growth avenues! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be certified/licensed as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.

Health Information Specialist

We are seeking a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include scanning & indexing incoming documents, processing release of information (ROI) requests, obtaining patient intake information, transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Experience with medical records, ROI and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
