Health Information Supervisor
This leadership opportunity will guide our Health Information team in coordinating all health information activities including scanning, indexing, release of information and transcription. Prior leadership experience in a medical office or hospital setting along with a degree in a related discipline preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, a strong understanding of medical record processes and an enthusiasm to lead, train and motivate a team are essential. Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) from AHIMA beneficial. Full-time, 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Dr. Arnold, Part-time)
Dr. Arnold (fellowship-trained hip and knee arthroplasty surgeon) is seeking a part-time PA or NP to assist in supporting his practice. This position will provide office/clinic care, coordinate documentation and orders for surgical patients, occasional inpatient rounding and assistance in surgery when Dr. Arnold is on call (typically twice per month). This position is based in Fort Wayne with future potential to assist Dr. Arnold at his Auburn clinic as needed. Schedule will include three weekdays per week with occasional weekend hours for rounding and O.R. support. Potential to grow into a full-time position. Must be currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial.
Pre-Certification Specialist
This position plays a key role in supporting patient care by obtaining prior authorizations and verifying benefits from insurance payers for services and procedures. Prior clinical or medical facility/office experience desired. Knowledge of insurance claims processes, coding and medical terminology beneficial. Full-time, 8am-5pm, M-F.
X-Ray Technologist (Full-time)
Our X-ray team has a new opportunity for a Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays for clinic patients. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Registration must be obtained within first six months of employment. Position will be based at our Dupont office in Fort Wayne, but will also be scheduled at our Auburn clinic; may assist at other clinic locations as needed. Full-time, Monday thru Friday plus a rotating Saturday (currently 2 to 3 times per year).
Clinical Assistant in OrthoStat Walk-In Clinic, Warsaw (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA or ATC)
As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Warsaw; may cover at other walk-in clinic locations as needed. Clinical certification/licensure desired; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, three days per week 7am to 7p/clinic close. X-Ray Technologist (Per-diem/PRN)
Our X-ray team has an opportunity for a Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays for clinic patients. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Position is based at our West Jefferson office in Fort Wayne, but will assist with coverage at other clinic locations as needed. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Spine Team)
Dr. Rahn & Dr. Shugart (fellowship-trained Spine specialists) are adding a PA or NP to their surgical care team. This position will support pre and post-operative care at the hospital, assist/scrub in the O.R. and assess inpatients during rounds. This opportunity is based in Fort Wayne. Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday if part-time status is desired; Monday thru Friday if full-time status is desired. Occasional weekend rounding and assistance with Spine Call. Prior experience in a surgical setting preferred, orthopedic spine experience beneficial. Must be currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana.
Orthopedic Surgeon (Sports Med or Generalist)
