Dr. Hanna joined FWO in 2011 from the Detroit Medical Center. Originally from Fort Wayne, Dr. Hanna chose orthopedics because he enjoys helping patients return to, or improve upon, their active lifestyle. And while he says orthopedics can be challenging, he finds it very rewarding.

A sports medicine specialist, Dr. Hanna says he really enjoys treating athletes and working with coaches, trainers and parents with the goal of promoting a safe and speedy return to play.

When it comes to his free time Dr. Hanna enjoys playing sports, specifically basketball, tennis and golf. He is also passionate about world travel and combines it with his medical background. He's traveled to Chennai, India and Kazanlak, Bulgaria on medical missions and hopes to do more trips in the future.
