Dr. Wilcox is a Physiatrist practicing Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University Medical School in Loma Linda, California. Dr. Wilcox completed his Internship at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio and his Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Indiana University Medical Center. He completed his Fellowship in spinal medicine and pain management. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and is Board Certified in the sub-specialty of pain management. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the North American Spine Society, the International Spinal Injection Society, the Indiana State Medical Association, and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
