Dr. Crawford is a specialist in Orthopaedic and Spine Surgery. Dr. Crawford completed his Fellowship in Spine Surgery with Dr. Richard Holt, Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Crawford is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed his Residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. Prior to joining Fort Wayne Orthopaedics, Dr. Crawford held the position of Associate Professor and Chief, Division of Spine Surgery, Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Crawford is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
