Dr. Chaykowski is a specialist in hand and microvascular surgery. He completed his Fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at the Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Chaykowski is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Chaykowski is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Canadian Orthopaedic Association, the Indiana State Medical Association, and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
